Job description

This is a remote position.

10-12 hours per week

Monday to Friday, Los Angeles time zone

Training Schedule:

Monday - off

Tuesday - Saturday, 7PM to 9PM PST

Sun - off or if they like, they can work 7PM to 9PM PST

After Training:

Monday - off

Tuesday - Saturday, 9PM to 11PM PST

Sun - off or if they like, they can work 9PM to 11PM

Busy Season (depending on need, Nov & Dec)

Monday - off

Tuesday - Saturday, 9PM to 12AM or until 1AM PST

Sun - off or if they like, they can work 9PM to 12AM or until 1AM PST

Responsibilities

Creating simple designs and performing edits on images using the Photoshop application in accordance with the provided instructions.
Uploading images onto the Etsy shop platform for display and sale.
Efficiently processing and tracking orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
Delivering prompt and courteous customer service through Etsy messages, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Undertaking various general administrative tasks associated with the management and operation of the Etsy shop.
