Schedule:

  • Fixed Schedule (2 hours per day, Monday-Friday)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive pool safety compliance processes, ensuring all documentation is current and accurately maintained
  • Manage smoke alarm compliance programs, coordinating inspections and maintaining detailed records
  • Process lease renewals efficiently while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements
  • Utilize PropertyMe and PropertEasy systems to maintain accurate property records
  • Generate and maintain compliance reports for various safety requirements
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of all compliance-related tasks
  • Monitor and track key dates for renewals and compliance checks
  • Assist in maintaining organized digital records for all managed properties

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with PropertyMe and PropertEasy software platforms or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Knowledge of Queensland property management compliance requirements preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Ability to work independently during Australian business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience in property management or related administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
