The Marketing Director we are looking to hire will be an essential part of this global expansion and will be instrumental in setting and maintaining the global marketing standards.
Role Overview:
This is not your traditional Marketing Director role. While you will be responsible for setting the strategic marketing direction, you will also need to be hands-on across different facets of the marketing department until we have the team in place. As we are expanding, you will play a key role in growing the marketing team and developing the structures needed to drive our global success.Working closely with the CEO and the Commercial Director, you’ll lead the charge on building campaigns, implementing innovative strategies, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with the business’s growth goals. Requirements
Required Experience:
Proven leadership experience in a Head of Marketing or Marketing Director role, ideally in a retail or services business.
Demonstrable success in launching products or services and entering new markets.- Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing.
Experience building and managing a marketing team, with excellent people management skills.
Excellent creative, communication, and copy-writing skills.
A passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
