What We’re Looking For:
Amerisave is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing Analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in marketing data, data warehouse structures, and proficient in integrating disparate data sources into cohesive and insightful dashboards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBi or Tableau.
What You’ll Do:
Data Management and Integration:
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of marketing data from various sources.
- Design and maintain a robust data warehouse structure to support marketing analytics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data governance.
Dashboard Development:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBi, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and visualizations that drive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver customized solutions.
Strategic Analysis:
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Multi-Touch Attribution and Incrementality Testing:
- Utilize multi-touch attribution models to understand the impact of various marketing touchpoints on customer conversion.
- Conduct incrementality testing to measure the true impact of marketing activities and optimize budget allocation.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data strategies and objectives.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and tools within the marketing team.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, data management, and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBi, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of data warehouse structures and best practices for data integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing a team of analysts.
- Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and incrementality testing is preferred.

Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $150,000 - $200,000.
