AU Rostering Administrator (NDIS | WFH)

About the Role

As the AU Rostering Administrator, you’ll be responsible for inputting staff schedules into the CRM software, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring participants' care needs are met seamlessly. Your role is pivotal in keeping operations smooth and clients well-supported, all while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage staff schedules using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain participant records and respond to their care needs promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with staff and clients to adjust schedules as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and data privacy regulations.

  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Communication is your superpower, and you handle sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality. You’re comfortable navigating CRM systems, and OneDrive and are tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor issues independently.

  • You have experience in scheduling or administration within the healthcare or NDIS space. Familiarity with CRM platforms and cloud-based storage solutions like OneDrive is a plus.
