JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / ADMIN
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Recruitment Consultant / Admin to support an Australian-based recruitment firm. This remote role plays a key part in delivering end-to-end recruitment and administrative support. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to source, track, and manage candidates, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and experienced in handling recruitment tasks for international clients, particularly in tax accounting and wealth management roles.
Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant / Admin would be:
• Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter (advanced search) to identify and engage top talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using recruitment tools (JobAdder experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to manage interview scheduling and communications.
• Draft and publish compelling job advertisements.
• Generate updates and reports on recruitment pipelines and progress.
• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, CRM updates, and file management.
• Professionally communicate with candidates and team members across different time zones.
• Ensure process compliance and maintain a high standard of documentation.
Qualifications as a Recruitment Consultant / Admin would be:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultant, Admin, or similar role.
• Proven experience working with Australian or international clients in the recruitment space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong background in using LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with JobAdder is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with Australian businesses, especially in the tax accounting and wealth management sectors, is a major plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
