What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services produces the Global Therapy Monitor, a leading syndicated research study, providing real-world patient data combined with healthcare professional perspectives across over 30 common and rare diseases globally. Our additional syndicated research offerings, many built upon the Therapy Monitor framework, explore pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences within specific disease areas, and key healthcare trends.
Client Communication
- Take the lead on day-to-day client communication and be responsible for client deliverables and report presentations
- Coordinate individual project timelines with team schedules, proactively preventing potential delays
- Demonstrate therapy area expertise and use it to identify value-add analysis to answer clients' research needs
- Utilize a Client-First approach at every touchpoint to frame our studies as a solution to solve specific client needs
Study Management
- Design new studies, questions, and analyses to meet client needs
- Oversee and be responsible for running studies, ensuring global consistency, liaising with Project Control, and meeting deadlines
- Lead the preparation of report templates and manage/run complex analysis
- Write reports that answer the client's objectives, interrogating data and distinguishing trends, preparing insightful reports that tell the story of the research in a succinct and logical flow
Business Development
- Support the P&L lead in responding to RFPs, writing proposals, and creating initial costings
- Interact with clients to understand business challenges and knowledge gaps to seek opportunities for business expansion
- Create marketing materials and thought leadership with the support of the P&L lead
- Proactively contact clients and prospects to anticipate their needs and position our studies as a solution
Team Development
- Identify what support is needed to meet deadlines, ensuring the team knows what they are doing and when
- Act as a people manager or mentor for at least one junior member of the team, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Support the P&L in ensuring all client/project documentation follows internal and external compliance regulations
What Do You Need To Bring With You?
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare market research
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing team members' skills
- Expert knowledge in specific therapy areas, with the ability to apply this expertise to client needs
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, IBM SPSS, and Tableau
- Experience in using Generative AI to improve productivity and client impact throughout the research process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate informed and incisive recommendations from data
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
- Strategic thinking and business development acumen
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead teams
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
NOTE: This role will require you to work Eastern Time hours.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

About The Team
The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization.In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
