Job Description And Duties Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I of the Continuing Care Contracts Bureau, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) uses a wide range of analytical skills to perform the more difficult assignments, prepare recommendations and final reports for various program projects and develops recommended courses of action relating to specific continuing care contract facilities. The AGPA is responsible for conducting statewide monitoring of continuing care contract providers and their ongoing compliance with governing statutes.

Training and Development assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment. Training and Development assignments are temporary in nature and shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months.
