Provide concise process documentation and training for sales teams in South America.
1–3 years producing and managing content within a modern CRM or marketing-automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success running multi-channel content programs (blog, email, social).
Familiarity with Zapier or Make for workflow automation.
Portfolio with at least two writing samples plus one visual or video asset.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets abilities for quick analysis and reporting.
Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese advantageous.
Agency background managing multiple brand voices.
Hands-on use of AI content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.).
