About The Role

Our team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented, multi-faceted Sr. Paralegal to join our small, agile, world-class legal team. This role will report directly to the General Counsel, but will support all of the legal team. 

 

About The Work

  • Assist in drafting and filing various corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes of meetings, and annual reports 
  • Maintain and update corporate records, such as shareholder and director information, and ensure accurate record-keeping 
  • Maintain cap table management systems, prepare and manage equity issuances and stock plan administration
  • Assist with managing and maintaining the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and patents 
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Conduct legal research to support corporate actions and decisions, keeping abreast of relevant laws and regulations 
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, document management, and other tasks
  • Provide support for litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints 
  • Audit, organize and manage document management system and records
About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate by an ABA certified program 
  • Big Law and inhouse paralegal experience preferred
  • Organization and communication skills are a must
  • Highly responsible and accountable with a strong bias for action, with an ability to consistently drive results
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Notary license would be a bonus
