
Responsible for quality control and accurate order fulfillment of the company’s product offerings.

Major Areas of Accountability
|
- Perform quality control of order, and upload documents to electronic records
- Receive and process orders.
- Maintain order records, files, and documentation
- Transfer accounts from the company’s lead database to Brightree
- Process proofs of delivery transactions for each order using major shipping carrier tracking number to prove delivery of order
- Generate operations reports; send daily order totals to management in accordance with the company’s procedures and HIPAA/PHI-compliant guidelines
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, and report malfunctions
- Contribute ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
- Communicate effectively with teammates and various departments to ensure high quality and timely completion of customer requests; provide feedback to management team on an as-needed basis
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with an emphasis on professional behavior
- Remain knowledgeable of DME and Medicare policies and federal/state regulations that affect fulfillment activities, and maintain compliance with same
- Assigned other duties as required
- Occasionally, employees currently recognized as high performers through recent performance evaluations, or employees with current demonstrated productivity leadership compared to other employees on existing metrics may be asked to engage in overtime.

Basic Qualifications
|
- High school diploma, advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance
- Clerical skills including proficiency with data entry and computer programs
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research into issues
- Effectively prioritize work on a daily basis

- Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $21.22. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation for applicable experience and may also be eligible for bonuses and/or incentives. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
