Deine Position

In tech we have two main work streams and you will focus on:

Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience with our Energy Tarif Dynamic Pulse and App around this

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as the Chief of Staff to the VP Development. This role will play a critical part in supporting the VP in driving strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across the department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

You act as a multifunctional interface between the individual stakeholders and divisions of 1KOMMA5°
You support the management, implementation and coordination of operational or strategic projects with cross-location significance
You support the VP Development as we continue to expand and scale the Tech organization of 1KOMMA5°
You prepare and structure fundamental IT and technology decisions for the future of 1KOMMA5°
You track the progress of our projects, take responsibility for planning and controlling (e.g. progress reporting) with the VP
You support the VP in day-to-day operations and strategic issues

Dein Profil

You have completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on the tech or engineering domain or a comparable field
You have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in IT project planning or consulting, renewable energies or project management
You possess intrinsic motivation to support the VP in a challenging day-to-day business and handle information discreetly
You understand how tech and product work together, which is essential for collaborating with our cross-functional teams
You are up for a challenging job in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a willingness to travel
You demonstrate a hands-on mentality as well as the willingness to independently drive projects and flag critical decision points
You take the initiative and always find the best way to structure and present various topics and tasks
You master analytical and critical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset and you are used to quick decision-making
You are confident working with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs and tools such as Github and Jira are no foreign words for you
You are a strong communicator and absolutely fluent in German and English (C1 / C2)
