Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break

This established company partners with over 20 top-tier suppliers to deliver high-quality bathroom and plumbing solutions to customers nationwide. With a robust digital presence and commitment to growth, they’re seeking detail-oriented professionals to join their expanding e-commerce operations team.


We are seeking two experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to assist with uploading and optimising products on our Shopify store. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager of our e-commerce team.


Only apply if you have proven and verifiable experience in Shopify product uploads, SEO optimisation, spreadsheet management, and automation tools.


Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product listings on Shopify
  • Write and optimise product descriptions for SEO and user experience
  • Apply accurate tags, categorisation, alt text, pricing, and meta data
  • Use automation tools to streamline and speed up the upload process
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with marketing and branding strategy
  • Flag and troubleshoot any product data issues, suggest better ways to execute tasks, and implement improvements when needed

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Proven experience in uploading and optimising products on Shopify
  • Proven experience in uploading and optimising products on Shopify
  • Native or bilingual level of English – with fluent, grammatically correct spoken and written communication
  • Highly organised, time-efficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel for managing and editing large product datasets
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices for product descriptions and metadata
  • Skilled in using automation and AI tools to streamline Shopify-related workflows
  • Responsible, honest, and reliable – must reply promptly, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks
  • Able to identify issues, suggest improvements, and provide advice on how to optimise processes
  • A proactive team player who constantly looks for ways to improve our e-commerce operations and product performance
