About Just Dance:
Our company is a vibrant dance school based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK. We offer a range of classes for children aged 18 months to 18 years. Our mission is to make high-quality dance education accessible, inclusive, and joyful. We believe in building confident, creative, and resilient young dancers – with a focus not just on technique, but on expression, community, and well-being.
We follow a three-term academic calendar and run weekly classes, workshops, and seasonal holiday camps. With a talented team of teachers and a nurturing, family-focused ethos, we take pride in supporting every child’s individual journey.
Our social media plays a vital role in connecting with families, celebrating our dancers’ progress, and showcasing the warm, professional environment that sets Just Dance apart. It is also a key driver of new student enquiries and enrolment – helping us reach more local families and grow our thriving dance community.
Scope:
Part-time position: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Working hours flexible within Singapore/Philippines timezone (9 AM - 3 PM SGT preferred not essential)
Managing 3+ existing social media channels with expansion to TikTok
Direct communication with business owner for content approval and strategy alignment
Full ownership of social media presence and content calendar
Month-to-month contract basis
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of Just Dance’s social media strategy and proactively create a 3-month content plan, aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns
Present the plan for approval and ongoing feedback to ensure content remains on-brand and aligned with company values
Create, edit and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
Create content from teacher-provided materials via WhatsApp
Establish and grow new TikTok presence
Design engaging visual content using Canva
Develop a well-organized and consistent social and email engagement program.
Repurpose content from blog to email, then social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Shorts etc.) in a structured funnel.
Create a content calendar and scheduling posts across social media accounts.
Community lead engagement – Monitor and engage with audience comments
Proactively messaging influencers or related companies via posting or DM to increase social engagement.
Track and report on social media performance
Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Create engaging reels and Instagram swipe content
Provide recommendations on social media strategies and regular reporting on activity and social engagement growth.
Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies to grow social audiences.
2-3 years experience in social media management
Proficiency in content creation tools (especially Canva)
Strong understanding of major social media platforms
Experience with content scheduling and management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging visual content
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Experience with social media analytics and reporting
