Job Summary

We’re hiring a commercially minded Business Intelligence Manager focused on Customer Revenue Optimization. This role blends data analysis with strategic action: you’ll dig into performance data across the customer journey, uncover insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize acquisition, expansion, retention, and revenue. This is not just a reporting role; we need a proactive thinker who turns insight into impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to surface revenue growth and churn mitigation opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports that highlight MRR trends, cohort behaviors, churn risk, upsell/cross-sell potential, and customer health.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and success to optimize GTM motions, segmenting, pricing, funnel optimization, and messaging.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rates, LTV:CAC, activation timelines, retention by segment, and other SaaS growth levers.
  • Propose and track experiments to improve monetization, retention, and account expansion.
  • Support customer success in identifying high-risk accounts and create data-informed playbooks for proactive engagement.
  • Build predictive models and lead indicators for churn, upsell potential, and activation success.
  • Maintain a centralized performance view across teams.
  • Present high-impact insights to executives in clear, actionable formats. Support ad-hoc strategic questions and reporting requests from leadership.
  • Educate non-technical stakeholders on how to use data in daily decisions.

KPIs

  • Data infrastructure uptime & reliability: >99% accuracy in key reports and dashboards

Success Metrics

  • Revenue optimization impact: Identify and help execute at least 3 initiatives per quarter that result in measurable revenue lift or churn reduction

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, or Product/Data Analytics roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, you must be comfortable working in complex spreadsheet environments, with strong skills in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation; you’re a Sheets and rerouting guru.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Strong command of SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and lifecycle economics (e.g., MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue).
  • Proven ability to use data to drive strategic decisions across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Skilled in presenting data-backed narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the healthcare or health tech SaaS sector.
  • Familiarity with customer journey tools, RevOps systems (e.g., Chargebee, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Background in growth experimentation, A/B testing, or pricing strategy.
