Role Overview :

The Commercial Legal Counsel is a partner and trusted advisor to the Cellebrite international sales teams. S/he is responsible for providing legal support to all commercial activities performed within the accounts/regions that s/he oversees.

You will work closely with the sales teams to provide advice, draft legal documents and negotiate agreements with customers worldwide. You will participate in sales processes working to promote our compliance and business objectives. You will work within interdisciplinary teams and collaborate within the legal and compliance organizations as well as other units within Cellebrite. 

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor/LL.B.
  • Admission to a bar association.
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience in a fast-paced technology company or a law firm advising global high-tech clients.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple commercial transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of legal and commercial risks in commercial engagements and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent business orientation.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to thrive in diverse teams and negotiate with diverse customers.
  • Ability to solve problems, using a business mindset while giving high attention to legal and compliance aspects to offer practical advice and swift resolution.
  • Keep focusing on the big picture while paying attention to the details.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast pace ever-changing stressful environment.
