Avantor is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Events to lead the development and execution of high-impact, hosted events that strengthen Avantor’s brand, engage key stakeholders, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in strategic event design, messaging, and logistics, as well as experience in sourcing and partnering with external event agencies to ensure best-in-class execution. The ideal candidate will be a visionary event strategist with a proven track record of leading large-scale corporate events, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional attendee experiences that align with Avantor’s business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, brand management, communications and event planning and execution. They must also demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across many departments in a matrixed environment.
The role will build an integrated, strategic and consistent approach to Avantor’s event planning and
drive measurable execution for the regions and businesses supported.
The role will partner with other members of Avantor’s Global Communications & Brand team to deliver exceptional program execution and measurement, and report results on an ongoing basis.
The role will report to the Head of Commercial Communications and be REMOTE.
