Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a Strategic Marketing & Proposals Manager to join our Lifestyle Team. This person can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. The Strategic Marketing & Proposals Manager will report to our Senior Director of Strategic Business Development and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives and new business proposals, conducting market intelligence analysis, and leveraging analytics to drive growth in Lifestyle markets.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying emerging opportunities and enhancing business performance through actionable insights.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive market and customer expansion in Lifestyle segments.
• Partner with senior leadership to set long-term strategic priorities for marketing execution.
• Develop and deliver industry-leading proposals for strategic deals that expand our Lifestyle markets and customers.
• Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment to optimize decision-making. Lead marketing intelligence efforts, analyzing industry trends, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
• Build frameworks for facilitating efficient cross-functional teamwork across geographies and functions.
• Manage project teams to deliver in-depth and compelling proposals on schedule.
• Provide insights to identify unique strategies and value propositions that drive a best-in-class win rate.
• Develop Go to Market strategies & frameworks to improve targeting and value propositions.
• Optimize resource allocation across geographies, industries, and customer segments.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and performance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve go-to-market execution.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or other similar field of study. 10+ years’ experience.
• Strong expertise in proposal development, business analytics, market assessment & Strategy development.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Microsoft Office, Adobe, InDesign). Knowledge of marketing strategy, channel strategy, and resource allocation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives
