Job brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Sales Manager to join our clients team. Our client leads the digital transformation wave in the global beauty industry by providing state-of-the-art AI-driven SaaS solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening our footprint in the U.S. market.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with a strong track record of success in SaaS sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the U.S.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects by leveraging industry connections and networks.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SaaS and B2B sectors.
  • Address high-level inquiries, establish strategic partnerships, and drive lead generation through various channels.
  • Keep sales materials current and ensure effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in sales or business development within the SaaS or CRM industry.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must currently reside in New York, USA, or be willing to relocate there for work.
  • Preference will be given to bilingual candidates fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Candidates with experience in client development within the beauty industry and a passion for BeautyTech are highly desired.
