Your mission:

Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment documents for vendors and internal stakeholders..
Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow activities.
Support monthly closing by preparing necessary financial documents and summaries.
Maintain organized records for audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoice accuracy.
Assist in preparing reports for budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
Assisting the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks as needed

What you should bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong academic performance
Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
Demonstrating high level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes
Taking full responsibility for assigned tasks and meeting deadlines reliably.
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with accounting software and Excel is a plus
