Why we'd want to work with you:
As an API Solution Engineer, you will design and build technical solutions for various client use cases using all appropriate tools within the AudienceView product ecosystem. You will collaborate with our clients, internal product and technology teams, external partners/contractors on various requests and issues. You will be an internal resource for questions and escalations regarding API architecture, data migration, and complex system configuration.
Your focus will be on data integrations, distribution partners integrations, internal API integrations, third-party vendors integration, calendar listings Integration, and full Custom Website Integration. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the clients, AudienceView internal teams, and external partners, to deliver scalable and efficient API solutions.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to understand their business requirements and use cases. Consult to help create and implement scalable API solutions to meet these needs.
- Act as a client escalation point for complex or high-profile issues related to API integrations. Provide support and resolve client issues, which may include updating or creating Postman Collections.
- Deliver training and consulting sessions to clients on the use and administration of implemented API integrations. Provide technical guidance to third-party partners.
- Stay updated on third-party integration partners, including CRM systems, financial systems, customer support software, calendar listing integrated into the B2C websites, and on website development best practices.
What you'll need:
- Proven proficiency in developing solutions against HTTP or REST-based API interfaces. Strong coding/scripting ability in one or more languages, with a focus on JavaScript.
- Over 5 years of experience providing technical solutions in SaaS software companies, with a broad range of internet technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply various technologies to develop solutions for client and infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collect and act on business requirements for enterprise and midmarket clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of ticketing, e-commerce, or CRM systems within the arts and culture industry is an asset.
