Your Tasks:

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy to grow market share and profitability

  • Lead and support the French sales team: Key Accounts and Sales Representatives

  • Supervise the internal sales department and align operations with strategic goals

  • Analyse market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity; deliver actionable insights

  • Leverage Salesforce.com to manage pipelines, track performance, and ensure data-driven decision-making

  • Negotiate commercial terms with top clients (discounts, rebates, advertising agreements)

  • Represent Armacell at trade fairs, industry events, and professional associations

  • Organize and lead regular sales meetings and training sessions

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in construction or industrial sector

  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical and negotiation skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) to monitor sales activities and reporting

  • Experience managing key accounts and leading sales teams

  • Professional proficiency in French and English

  • Willingness to travel across France and occasionally abroad
