What you will be doing

  • Find new customers: Research and identify new Swiss businesses that could benefit from solar energy in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Start the conversation. Whether it’s cold calls, emails, or social media, you’ll be the one opening the door to potential Swiss clients.
  • Qualify leads. You’ll understand our prospects' pain points, making sure they’re a good fit for our services. And if not, you’ll politely move on.
  • Be the go-to person. Schedule meetings, follow up, and keep things moving through the sales pipeline like a pro. The faster, the better.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work. Collaborate with our Head of Origination and the Marketing team to develop strategies that don’t just generate leads, they convert them.


Who are we looking for?

🌟 Swiss German speakers. You’re fluent in Swiss German and English, with the kind of communication skills that make decision-makers listen and take action.

📞 You’ve got that ´pick up the phone´ attitude. Cold calls don’t scare you; they excite you. It’s all about starting those conversations and making things happen.

💼 Ideally, you’ve got some experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, or something similar. If not, no worries, it's all about motivation.

🌍 Adventurous souls. You’re ready to dive into life in sunny Spain or Portugal and take on new challenges with excitement!


Where you’ll work:

📍 Spain or Portugal – we have offices in Lisbon, Zaragoza, Madrid and Barcelona. Occasional travel to Switzerland.


You will report to

Fabian Meier, our Head of Origination DACH. Yes, he's the guy, and yes, you’ll probably learn a ton.
