As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
Answer calls and greet clients and members in a friendly and professional manner
Respond promptly to client inquiries about customer billing, ledgers, payments and other general topics via phone calls.
Answer general customer inquires received through email.
Handle and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Follow company protocols and procedures for client service
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Standard time: 10:00 to 18:00
Daylight saving time: 11:00 to 19:00
