About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support cross-functional teams and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, from calendar management to CRM updates, and will play a key role in keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-organizational tasks using ClickUp or similar tools
  • Conduct daily asynchronous check-ins to align priorities and progress
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings using tools like Calendly
  • Handle emails and follow-ups professionally and promptly
  • Perform online research and gather relevant data as needed
  • Update and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Get Dex) and contact records
  • Organize documents and maintain accurate information filing
  • Support automation tasks using no-code tools (a plus)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bonus points for experience with:
    • No-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
    • CRM systems
    • Workflow or task management platforms
Working Style

  • Remote position with flexible hours (20–30 hours/week or more)
  • Availability for daily asynchronous check-ins is required
  • Clear, responsive, and proactive communication style
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
