Your role at Clorox:

En Clorox México estamos buscando un Business Advisor (Ejecutivo de Ventas) que lidere el crecimiento rentable de nuestras categorías en el canal moderno, gestionando cuentas clave y generando impacto directo en el volumen y participación de mercado.

Cuentas principales: CAGSA, Leche 19 Hermanos, Sahuayo, CIR y Comercializadora Abeja.

In this role, you will:

  • Colaborar con el Gerente Regional en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales y Joint Business Plans (JBP) para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas asignados.

  • Ejecutar con excelencia en punto de venta, impulsando nuestras categorías y marcas mediante exhibiciones primarias y secundarias.

  • Establecer y dar seguimiento a KPI’s clave para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en distribución, share y presencia en anaquel.

  • Coordinar al equipo de merchandising para asegurar la correcta implementación de estrategias en el punto de venta.

  • Diseñar planes comerciales de corto y mediano plazo, maximizando el uso de fondos (Reduced Revenue) con enfoque en valor y rentabilidad.

  • Administrar eficientemente los Trade Funds y realizar conciliación de cartera, asegurando cumplimiento de políticas comerciales.

What we look for:

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, desarrollo de clientes y manejo de las cuentas clave anteriormente mencionadas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación, con capacidad para influir en decisiones clave y construir relaciones a largo plazo.

  • Enfoque en resultados, con experiencia en revisiones trimestrales de negocio.

  • Mentalidad analítica, con experiencia en uso de herramientas como Nielsen (Área 3 deseable) para el desarrollo de planes por zona geográfica.

  • Trabajo colaborativo con equipos multifuncionales (trade marketing, finanzas, logística, etc.).

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o experiencia equivalente.
