As we continue to expand in Germany, we are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Manager to lead our customer relationships and commercial efforts in this important market.

What You’ll Do

In this pivotal role, you will:

Take full ownership of sales activities across Germany, focusing on larger customers and strategic accounts.

Manage contracts and daily operations with German clients.

Foster strong collaboration with our customer service office in Eisenach.

Provide leadership and guidance to a small, dedicated sales team-playing the role of paying coach and team lead.

Identify and grow business with both existing and new customers, especially within the International Trading Groups (ITGs) and their members.

The majority of work time spend will be "on the road" with customers

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who:

Is a native German speaker, currently living in Northen Germany.

Has a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, especially in sales to ITGs.

Brings solid Key Account Management experience with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships.

Speaks English at a professional level, enabling confident collaboration across our international organization.

Demonstrates commercial insight, customer-centric thinking, and relationship-building skills.

Thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by shared success.
