Quality Control Specialist Job Description

As Quality Control Specialist, your responsibility is to perform thorough Quality Control (QC) validation on programs mitigating errors and risks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed Quality Control (QC) validation on programs set up in ORBIT, Google Ad Manager, CM360 and other third-party systems.
  • Execute all QC processes as outlined in accordance with internal controls.
  • Assist in implementing and managing a detailed QC validation process aimed at achieving zero program errors.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to understand program requirements and ensure accuracy in QC review.
  • Document detailed QC steps performed for all programs, including details of issues identified and resolution steps taken.
  • Support the resolution of program setup errors by working with Program Managers.
  • Contribute to generating comprehensive reports outlining the results of quality control checks, including the creation of tracking matrices for setup error types with recommended resolutions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to achieve high program setup accuracy.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of internal controls related to QC.
  • Assist in audit and testing for internal and external process controls.
  • Perform various QC and research activities as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of QA/QC experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent process documentation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, Media, agency and/or advertising experience, preferred
  • Familiarity with Asana, PowerBI or any visualization tools, preferred
  • Experience with GAM & CM360 products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
