Your Role
As a Coordinator, You Are Responsible For
Coordinate travel and time logistics, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Monitor onsite job statuses and reassign staff based on availability and priority.
Monitor incoming service tickets and assign priorities.
Triage tickets to determine whether remote resolution or onsite intervention is required.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and follow-ups.
Communicate job expectations, timelines, and updates to clients and internal teams.
Gather and compile data for operational and client reports (e.g., SLA adherence, job completion metrics).
Maintain accurate records of field work and ticket history.
Assist in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
