The Revenue Operations Strategy Manager will own analysis that drives operational and strategic decisions in
support of performance improvements across the organization. This work is high-visibility and high-impact, and
will require partnering cross-functionally across business, legal, and policy teams.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Transformation VP in strategic analysis, opportunity planning and process improvement/transformation initiatives.
- Develop a working vocabulary for RCM and work with internal claim-level datasets and external benchmarking data.
- Translate high-level and complex business needs into targeted analyses and deliver insights and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and balance needs across business, analytics, legal and policy teams.
- Manage, clean and query large datasets; support in ad hoc analyses as required.
- Share insights and manage strategic conversations with executive audiences, and partner with VP to translate strategy decisions into operations.
- Push for accuracy alongside timely delivery.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced learning environment
- Healthcare experience preferred, especially with a focus in RCM and/or accounts receivable in large multi-stateintegrated healthcare settings.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
- Strong mastery of Excel and experience with SQL or other tool to query large datasets.
- Familiarity with data warehouses and data modeling, visualization tools for example, Qlik, Power BI, and or Tableau.
