About the role:

As a Customer Success Specialist/Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the go-to person for hoteliers, ensuring they get the most out of our cutting-edge hospitality solutions. This role covers three key areas:

  • Onboarding – Lead a structured 4-week onboarding process to ensure correct setup and configuration.
  • Support – Act as the first point of contact for hoteliers, resolving inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Relationship Management & Consulting – Become a trusted advisor, helping hotels optimize their pricing, operations, and overall guest experience.

You will also have opportunities to visit clients on-site and design/deliver training programs.


Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are customer-centric, proactive, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

  • Experience: 1+ years in hotel operations (front desk or reservations). Knowledge of PMS, booking channels, and hotel revenue management is a plus.
  • Personality & Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. A strong sense of empathy and patience.
  • Languages: Fluent in German & English.
  • Location: Fully remote from Germany with one week onboarding in the Netherlands. Some occasional travel for on-site client visits.
