General Information
As the IT Process Management Professional (PR), you will lead, design, implement, and continuously improve agile-aligned IT processes trainings and communications within the Strategy and Processes Product Line. You'll ensure that IT practices are well communicated and that the IT department employees always have access to the latest up to date trainings for IT processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Process Definition & Improvement:
Define, document, and manage Agile-aligned trainings for IT processes, policies, and guidelines within the companies IT departments.
Continuously assess current trainings and communication practices, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency, transparency, and alignment with agile values.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, agile teams, and leadership to align IT Processes related trainings and communications within all IT Departments.
Facilitate process-related discussions, workshops, and retrospectives, clearly communicating improvements, benefits, and agile principles.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor and report key performance indicators for trainings, providing actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
Regularly present reports and improvement recommendations for process and strategy related communication to management and stakeholders.
Training & Coaching
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to promote agile process awareness and capability across teams.
Provide agile and process coaching and guidance, ensuring effective adoption and adherence across product line teams.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in IT process management, preferably within agile or hybrid environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and process frameworks (ITIL, Lean).
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable process improvements.
Experience in working with video editing tools.
Certification in Microsoft products, Communication or Planning & Organizing is a plus.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Very good English communication.
