Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in fuelling our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and create targeted outreach strategies.
  • Understand our product offerings and articulate their value to different types of buyers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and pipeline goals.

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A hunter mentality, with uncapped OTE
