Are you a healthcare IT product leader with a passion for digital transformation in lab and oncology systems? We are seeking a Product Owner to help lead the delivery and evolution of our internal-facing healthcare SaaS platform, with a focus on lab data, EMR/EHR integrations, and Salesforce. This position is open to remote work from home in the US.
In This Role, You'll
Own and drive the product roadmap and KPI strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and delivery teams
Act as the “voice of the customer” and guide Agile ceremonies
Work with Salesforce and other platforms in a healthcare/lab data environment
Support system scalability, backlog grooming, and solution alignment with user needs
Ideal Candidates Will Have a Combination Of The Following
Previous experience in Healthcare IT, ideally with lab, oncology, EMR/EHR, or healthcare data integration experience
Has worked as a Product Owner (not just project or business analyst roles)
Understands Agile/SAFe and has experience leading product lifecycle efforts
Can navigate stakeholder needs and translate them into technical delivery
Brings Salesforce product ownership experience to the table
Nice To Have
PMP or Lean/Six Sigma Certification
UX knowledge and comfort in complex systems environments
