Legal Project Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Legal Project Specialist to support key consumer-facing initiatives. This fully remote position requires outstanding communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a positive, team-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will bring a law degree, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and comfort engaging with consumers over the phone.

This role is fully remote. Candidates must reside within the following states: AZ, DC, FL, IL, KS, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, MD, NJ, SC, VA, WA, AL, CO, CT, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, NV, OK, PA, TX, UT, or WI.

Legal Project Specialist Responsibilities

Must be comfortable handling phone communications in a virtual setting with a quiet, private workspace.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; MS Access experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
