Position Summary
The Senior Analyst - Development will provide critical analytical and research support to the development and transactional teams overseeing health system joint venture partnerships, market expansion, and governance deliverables for existing and new partnerships. This role will contribute to key strategic initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of development projects.
Essential Functions
Lead and contribute to the development of joint-venture strategic market assessments.
Assist with billing and capital tracking for the Development department’s Statement of Work.
Provide comprehensive support in the execution of acquisitions and de novo transactions, collaborating with Development leads from initiation to completion.
Contribute to the creation of financial models, business valuations, and other materials to support deal processes and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of private placement memoranda used in transaction activities.
Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on acquisition and business restructuring alternatives.
Conduct due diligence and research for specific facilities to support transaction activities.
Perform market analysis to determine the total addressable market for existing and potential markets.
Support Development leads in formulating strategic growth plans and capital requests for health system joint venture partners.
Analyze and score in-market acquisition opportunities using proprietary methods.
Manage internal and cross-functional data requests, pipeline reporting, and benchmark deal metrics.
Research and analyze both open and closed-sourced market data to inform project targeting.
Prepare internal and external reports for the Atlas Board, Investment Committee, and JV Boards.
Develop compelling pitch decks for health system and individual ASC (Ambulatory Surgical Centers) opportunities.
Identify potential market opportunities for future acquisitions and developments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
