Key responsibilities:

Record timely transactions in accounting books and ensure proper bookkeeping methods are followed.

Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts and update accounting schedules.

Generate monthly financial statements and assist with audits and resolving discrepancies.

Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Job description

Salary: 30,000- 45,000 PHP/ month

Job Description:

Records timely transactions in accounting books
Ensures that proper accounting and bookkeeping methods are being observed
Ensures monthly reconciliation of accounts and updates of accounting schedules
Generation of monthly financial statements
Assists with audits and resolving discrepancies
Works with the Accounting Manager on financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
CPA license or having any certifications relevant to the job is an advantage.
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field or position.
Experience in QuickBooks accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to generate and interpret financial reports.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
