At Big Health, our mission is to help millions back to good mental health by providing fully digital, non-drug options for the most common mental health conditions. Our digital therapeutics—SleepioRx for insomnia and DaylightRx for anxiety, both recently cleared by the FDA—provide treatment anytime, anywhere. Our digital program, Spark Direct, helps to reduce the impact of persistent depressive symptoms.

We’re hiring a detail-obsessed, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including the CEO, CMO, and CPTO. This role is critical to helping our leaders stay organized, prioritized, and focused in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth behind the scenes, ensuring executive calendars, meetings, and travel are handled seamlessly.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, pivots quickly as priorities shift, and can operate independently without needing close supervision. This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones for better alignment with our leadership team.
Calendar ManagementManage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the CEO, CMO, and CPTO, prioritizing based on business impact and urgencySchedule meetings with the full Executive Leadership Team and highly cross-functional stakeholdersRespond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate team member; act as a communications liaison with executives, as requiredAdministrativeOwn all aspects of expense management for the CEO, CMO, and CPTO, including report processing, receipt tracking, and timely reimbursement coordinationManage executives’ travel logistics for conferences and in-person meetings, both internal and external (CEO, CMO, CPTO) Meeting Preparation Schedule, prepare, and organize important materials including agendas and slide decks for monthly All-Team meetings and Board meetings, and support facilitating monthly All-Team meetingsManage logistics for meetings and events, which may include coordinating and sending meeting invitations and agendas, preparing meeting notes, following up on action items, booking meeting/event space, arranging IT resources, and coordinating cateringEvent Coordination and Offsites Lead logistics for virtual and offsite events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and vendor coordinationQuarterly ELT meetings when applicable, in-person board meetings when applicable, company-wide offsitesSupport coordination of securing accommodations, meals, activities, transportation, meeting spaces, etc.GeneralSupport various strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as neededFor select, to be named projects, coordinate with various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items, and overseeing overall performance of the organizationMaintain confidential information for the business and ELT and ensure information is handled appropriatelyPrioritize work based on importance/urgency and in a manner that maintains high quality support for senior management and ELTRequired Skills and Experience3+ years of experience or equivalent in an executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilitiesThrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly as priorities evolveProven ability to follow up and follow through on all projectsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and team skillsAble to observe and maintain the utmost confidentialityAdvanced-level Google Suite ProficiencyDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal directionBackground and Life at Big HealthBacked by leading venture capital firms, Index Ventures, Octopus Ventures, and Kaiser Permanente VenturesBig Health’s products are used by large multinational employers and major health plans to help improve sleep and mental health.
