Job description

EROAD’s purpose is to deliver intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow. We believe that every community deserves safer, more productive roads. That is why we create easy to use solutions that help manage vehicle fleets, support regulatory compliance, improve driver safety and reduce the costs associated with driving.

EROAD is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery, development, and commercialization of strategic partnerships that enhance our product offering and accelerate revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal ensuring that partnerships are not just signed, but activated, adopted, and monetized.

This role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, enabling, and commercializing external go-to-market partnerships with complementary and adjacent providers. These partners offer solutions that intersect with EROAD’s products and align to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

  • Own the Partnership Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end process for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and operationalizing strategic partnerships that accelerate EROAD’s product innovation and revenue growth.
  • Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases and ROI analyses to ensure that partnership decisions are prioritized based on strategic alignment and financial impact.
  • Define Fit and Commercial Models: Assess business fit, product-market fit, and technical feasibility in collaboration with Product Line Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering. Recommend the appropriate commercial model for each partnership, excluding low-impact structures such as traditional reseller or referral programs.
  • Technical Integration Planning: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define integration requirements, inform API needs, and align technical work with product roadmap priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Work with Sales and Marketing to develop joint value propositions, sales enablement content, and co-marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue generation from partnership offerings.
  • Contracting & Compliance: Collaborate with Legal to establish sound agreements covering commercial terms, go-to-market rights, indemnities, and technical responsibilities.
  • Strategic Market Focus: Prioritize partnerships that drive impact in EROAD’s core geographies—North America and ANZ—even if partners themselves are based globally.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely across departments and act as the key point of accountability for partnership performance across the business.

  • Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging with C-level executives at partner companies and within EROAD.
  • Strong bias toward execution and outcomes over partnership theatre—able to move from strategy to contracts to market enablement with urgency and clarity.
  • Skilled in managing technical complexity and working across functions in matrixed organizations.

We expect every EROADer to live our values as part of our work together:

  • We do what’s right – We put our customers at the heart of what we do; We look after our people and put their safety and wellbeing first; We focus on delivering quality outcomes.
  • We play as a team – We all play for the same team and that includes our customers and partners; We value, and respect diverse opinions and we work together to overcome challenges; We embrace our differences and celebrate what makes us unique.
  • We learn and grow – We listen to learn; We own and learn from mistakes, choosing to hold a growth mindset; We believe that curiosity fuels successful innovation.
  • We get it done – We do what we say we will; We prioritise to deliver the most important outcomes; We take ownership and work together to get a solution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience in business development, product management, or strategic partnerships with measurable impact on revenue and product adoption.
  • Experience working in or with SaaS companies; telematics or IoT background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with partner business models such as OEM, co-sell, joint product offerings, or tech integrations.
