Requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Compliance Associate to join our legal department. The position is based in Pune, India, and will support our legal teams worldwide.

How will you make an impact?

  • Assist in managing, prioritizing, and delegating a high volume of legal requests coming from sales, marketing, R&D, and other teams
  • Create and manage scalable systems, processes, and workflows
  • Act as a key point of contact for the legal department, providing quick and actionable advice, seeking and coordinating input from other business units
  • Track and manage KPIs and reporting requirements to company management and the board

What is needed to succeed?

  • Proven experience as a compliance associate, or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience—MUST
  • Experience in GDPR compliance—MUST.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with legal operations systems (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of urgent matters
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to get to the bottom of things quickly
  • • Full control of Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
