Key responsibilities:

  • Own the sales plan and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and KPIs.
  • Understand the cybersecurity needs of the UK and Irish public sector markets.
  • Develop account strategies to promote Trend Micro products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and support for sales initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the sales plan, sales team management and to deliver agreed growth targets, sales quotas and KPIs
  • Understand the cyber security requirements and priorities of the UK and Irish public sector markets
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive the adoption of Trend Micro products and services across all markets within the framework of the public sector sales plan
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Trend Micro Channel Team, Tech Bench, Marketing, Support and Product teams to leverage support from internal resources
  • Mentor, coach and shadow individuals to develop the skills they require to be successful

  • You have

  • A natural ability to inspire teams and cut through the noise to provide focus, stability and opportunity to the sales team
  • Demonstratable experience of leading winning / high-growth sales teams within the B2B technology sector (knowledge of the cyber security market would be an advantage). 
  • A strong history of delivering team-based quota achievement and sales growth
  • A consistent record in managing sellers and coaching their ongoing development
  • A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and an understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • An ability as a strong communicator who can articulate complex matters in a way that is easily understood – can create enthusiasm and a winning culture!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative manner with all stakeholders across the business
  • Strong knowledge of and experience of working with Channel, Marketing and Technical Teams
