Job description

We are seeking a Publishing Manager to join an innovative and fast-growing mobile gaming studio. In this role, you'll work closely with independent studios, supporting them through every stage of development — from ideation to global scaling — while driving performance with a strong focus on data, design, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with external game studios to guide them through ideation, prototyping, production, and scaling
  • Support partners with game design, balancing mechanics, monetization strategies, UX/UI, and level design
  • Analyze key performance metrics (CPI, D1, D7, ROAS, LTV) and proactively suggest improvements
  • Take part in the creative process—brainstorming new game ideas, evaluating prototypes, and iterating on mechanics
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with studio partners as their main point of contact
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from onboarding to post-launch optimization
  • Lead LiveOps strategies to drive engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Collaborate with internal UA, data, and tech teams to maximize game performance and studio success

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in game production, publishing, or an analytical role (consulting, startups, mobile tech)
  • Deep interest and knowledge in mobile gaming; passion for games is essential
  • Strong understanding of mobile game development processes and performance KPIs
  • Prior experience with hybrid-casual or hybrid-puzzle games is a must; casual games are a strong plus
  • Familiarity with game design principles, player experience, game economy, and level design
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with partner studios
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A sharp eye for what makes a mobile game fun, scalable, and successful
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with an ownership mentality and startup mindset

If you're excited about empowering studios, shaping mobile game experiences, and building the future of publishing, this role offers the chance to do it all — in a creative, collaborative, and fast-moving environment.
