Job Summary:

The Mobility Analyst is critical in ensuring compliance with international tax laws while supporting a global workforce. Responsible for ensuring that employees traveling internationally obtain the necessary Tax Identification Numbers required by host countries for compliance with local tax regulations. Determines when a Tax ID is required, providing clear instructions to employees, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed. Works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and employees to provide guidance and manage the tax implications of these assignments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate international travel and assignment data to determine which employees require a Tax ID based on their work location, duration, host country regulations and current documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international Tax ID requirements
  • Guide employees through the Tax ID application process, ensuring timely submissions
  • Provide clear instructions and required documentation for obtaining Tax IDs
  • Work closely with and liaise with internal teams (Finance, Immigration, Resourcing) to ensure timely Tax ID compliance
  • Collaborate with external vendors or local authorities to facilitate Tax ID processing
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees needing assistance with Tax ID applications
  • Maintain accurate records of issued Tax IDs and monitor renewal requirements (as needed)
  • Educate employees and internal stakeholders on Tax ID requirements, processes, and compliance responsibilities
  • Develop and adapt internal processes to respond to evolving country-specific Tax ID regulations
  • Build internal expertise and competencies to ensure timely, compliant Tax ID applications
  • Collaborate with IT and systems teams to maintain or implement enhancements, changes or processes automation
  • Report on key performance metrics, identify gaps and propose process improvements to streamline Tax ID acquisition
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Prepare reports and documentation required for audits or internal reviews
  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 1+ years specialized/industry experience
  • Experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Tax Compliance, or payroll preferred
  • Proficiency in data-tracking and reporting tools
  • English proficiency required

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary range for this position is $64,100 to $96,100.  This is an exempt from overtime position.  FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.  Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
