Job Description

As an SEO Specialist & Client Success Representative, you’ll work with cutting-edge marketing technology platforms while helping businesses optimize their digital presence. Responsibilities

• Guide clients through digital presence optimization using industry-leading tools and platforms
  
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to enhance local search visibility
  
• Execute verification processes across various digital marketing platforms
  
• Provide technical support and strategic guidance for Google Advertising campaigns
  
• Configure and troubleshoot listing management platforms including Yext
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple client relationships
  
• Implement SEO best practices using proprietary technology solutions
  
• Monitor and maintain digital marketing assets for optimal performance
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client success and satisfaction
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  
• Proven expertise with Google Business Profile and Google Advertising platforms
  
• Working knowledge of listing management platforms (e.g., Yext)
  
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Excellence in customer service and relationship management
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently while following established processes
  
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology platforms
