Job description

Consultant, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

 

As a Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce digital marketing strategy and project management. This role will manage the relationship and marketing strategies with our internal client teams, focusing on content creation and deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing analytics and communication, as well as the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations. 

  • Ensure proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to client partners. 

  • Collect client feedback, monitor campaign performance review and share performance reports with clients and internal stakeholders. 

 

Strategic Planning/Reporting 

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate across teams and uncover opportunities to meet client goals, either by recommending marketing best practices and campaign strategies. 

  • Leverage knowledge to strategize, present, execute and present ideas to client partners. 

  • Work closely with internal teams, including the analytics team, to manage project delivery and ensure quality and timely completion. 

  • Partner with analytics team to proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns performance. 

  • Work with Analytics team to deep-dive into web, campaign and traffic data - report on weekly performance updates, project hindsight and opportunities to develop into future plans. 

  • Develop, analyze and report on A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and deliver program goals. 

 

Project Management 

  • Work with internal stakeholders on processing digital campaigns, owning the intake process, obtaining creative materials, and coordinating the timeline and deliverables.  

  • Manage tasks/projects from conception to completion, deadline management and implementation.  

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and guidelines. 

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns. 

  • Plan, manage and support web and email marketing campaigns that grow retention and drive up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. 

 

Business Development 

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. 

  • Develop and drive business plans, digital marketing strategies and campaigns that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight into pharmaceutical customers & meet revenue goals. 

  • Work collaboratively across solutions and be a key player in developing compelling digital marketing performance to drive revenue and sales on pharmaceutical ecommerce platforms. 

  • Completes work independently, receives general guidance on new projects. 

  • May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience preferred in client services, digital marketing, project management or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively. 

  • Proficiency in using project management platforms, preferably Adobe Workfront. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Proven experience at successfully meeting sales revenue targets 

  • Related industries include: B2B, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Sales, Analytics 

 

 

Anticipated salary range: $67,600 - $96,510
