EZClaim and Eye Cloud Pro are innovative software solutions that streamline healthcare and optometry practice management. EZClaim offers robust medical billing and scheduling features for healthcare providers and medical billing companies, enhancing administrative efficiency. Eye Cloud Pro, tailored for optometrists, integrates EHR, POS, and practice management into a seamless cloud-based platform, improving patient care and operational workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new users in a professional and timely manner using OnRamp.
  • Assist with initial set up with integrated partners.
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer value and ensure client retention by acting as a client advocate.  Look for solutions, rather than answers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist customer support team with coverage as needed.
  • Support the sales team with prospective clients by providing technical and product support during the sales process.
  • Maintain awareness of the changing healthcare landscape and new industry requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert at industry trade shows.  Stay current with feature launches, policy changes and product integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Customer-focused mindset, ability to encourage and empathize with the client
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, practice management software, or integrated payments solutions is highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or a certificate of successful completion of the General Education Development (GED) test.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or customer onboarding experience.
  • 3+ years of medical billing or medical office administration experience
