Position Overview:

Were looking for a technically strong Financial Analyst to help transform raw sales and cost data into clear, actionable dashboards and reports. You'll support internal teams with insights that enable confident client conversations, especially around sales performance, quotas, and operational benchmarking. This is not a client-facing role, but it requires attention to detail, clean visualizations, and thoughtful data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and consolidate large datasets related to sales, quotas, and performance across multiple entities.
• Build dashboards and reports to support internal client-facing teams.
• Generate insights and visualizations that help articulate trends and benchmarks.
• Support monthly and quarterly benchmarking across peer companies.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting workflows.
• Continuously improve internal reporting and visualization processes.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, data modeling, formulas).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Prior experience building dashboards or performance reports.
• Strong written communication; must be able to document and present findings clearly.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Power Pivot or similar advanced Excel tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating data visualizations or insights.
• Exposure to compensation design, sales performance analytics, or benchmarking.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
