This is a remote position.
Conduct research to identify potential leads in target markets.
Use various methods, including cold calling, to gather contact information of prospects.
Engage with company representatives over the phone to obtain names and numbers of potential leads.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospects.
Collaborate with appointment setters to pass on qualified leads.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track progress.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement strategies.
Attend team meetings to discuss targets and strategies.
Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Representative, or similar role.
SaaS selling experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of perseverance and the ability to handle rejection.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
