Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday thru Friday 8am PST - 5pm Central- (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads in target markets.

  • Use various methods, including cold calling, to gather contact information of prospects.

  • Engage with company representatives over the phone to obtain names and numbers of potential leads.

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospects.

  • Collaborate with appointment setters to pass on qualified leads.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track progress.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement strategies.

  • Attend team meetings to discuss targets and strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Representative, or similar role.

  • SaaS selling experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and phone skills.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of perseverance and the ability to handle rejection.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
