Key responsibilities:
Manage and standardize project documentation across all active construction projects.
Coordinate communication between site managers, trades, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor and update job progress in the Wonderbuild system and maintain project schedules.
Process and track all project-related documentation including timesheets and invoices.
