Overview



Join Iovance Biotherapeutics as our HRIS Analyst and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of our Workday HCM system. You will be instrumental in shaping our HR technology landscape and ensuring efficient processes.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

  • Document the business functions, map the business processes for which the HCM application caters to.
  • Support the implementation of Workday Core HCM
  • Hands-on participation in the configuration, testing, deployment and post go-live phases of the project.
  • Understand business requirements and ensure that Workday functionality is configured and tested to meet those requirements.
  • Write test scenarios, assign data to test scenarios and work with a team of business partners to complete test scenarios and report defects.
  • Work with implementation partner to manage and resolve defects.
  • Analyze large sets of data and ensure that migration of data from legacy sources to Workday is accurate.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and facilitate data conversion, and integration for HCM with Payroll, Active Directory, Single Sign On and other key integrations necessary for launch.
  • Proactive than reactive in creating, revising and maintaining knowledge articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HR business area necessary for end-user support, integration troubleshooting, break-fixes, and/or enhancements.
  • Oversee Workday training program to ensure end-user support.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and SOX guidelines
  • Must adhere to Iovance Biotherapeutics’ core values, policies, procedures, and business ethics.

Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge 

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end Workday HCM implementation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proven sound judgment, data-driven decision-making, and excellent follow-up.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

This job operates in a professional or remote office environment and requires operating standard office equipment and keyboards.
